Q: How does pickup work?

A: If you order prints, you can opt to pay $12 to have them shipped, OR you can select Pickup at checkout. Pickup will be a 1 hour window at the school where you can drop by to get your print order. It will take place on a weekday morning, 9am-10am. The specific date will get emailed out once prints arrive. If you are unavailable, you can have a friend or family member pick photos up for you.

Q: Will the watermark be removed from photos after purchase?

A: Yes! Watermarks will be removed from all digital and print purchases.

Q: Can I purchase a digital class photo?

No, but you can order a 5x7 class print in any package or through a-la-cart ordering. (Note that class photos are not available for viewing ahead of time.)

Q: Are there any deals for parents of siblings?

A: Yes! If you’d like to order all digital photos of your children, you can cart all 3 albums (child 1, child 2, and siblings shots) and use code SIBLINGS to save $60. ($180 instead of $240)

Q: Did you wipe mouths and straighten out-of-place hairs?

A: I checked every child for messy mouths, crusty noses, and out-of-place hairs. I asked the child if they would allow me to wipe their mouth with a baby wipe or straighten their hair. Some kids said no, and I respected their no. If this was your child, feel free to purchase the retouching service for minor edits.
